BagFilter Pipet & Roll, filter bags with pipet access and built-in closure
With the on-going success of the BagFilter bags range in labs, INTERSCIENCE launches the BagFilter Pipet & Roll bags range, a great solution for handling samples in Pathogens research.
Pathogens research such as Listeria and Salmonella analyses requires several pipettings from the same sample bag. The built-in sticker on the Pipet & Roll filter bag provides great ergonomics to (…)

  • ScanStation in the press

Sanofi Pasteur 06/2018 “To achieve automization of the Quality Control of the vaccins production, a collaboration has been set up between Sanofi Pasteur Marcy l’Etoile (69) and INTERSCIENCE. This scientific study led to performance tests with multiple parameters, and specifically Pharmaceutical germs. Find in this poster the scientific studies proceeeded with ScanStation, an automat proceeding with simultaneous media incubation, detection and colony counting of microorganisms. The tests were (…)

  • The Spiral method

The Spiral method enables the automatic and standardized plating of a sample. This technique enables to make 4 dilutions on one Petri dish.
The volume of a sample is plated in a form of a decreasing Archimedes spiral (from the center to the periphery). The volume is calibrated and known at every point of the Petri dish.
Why choose the Spiral method? With the Spiral® method, increase the lab capacities: without intermediary dilutions, make a standardized plating.
    100 to 1 x 107 CFU/mL on (…)
