We offer preventive (PM) and corrective (CM) maintenance contracts at any time.
These offers will also give you access to the following advantages:

  • a preferential rate on spare parts not covered
  • free loan of a device in case of immobilization of your device

Maintenance contract - Simple care

SIMPLE CARE

Factory maintenance (PM) including:

  • Labor cost
  • Consumables*
  • Wearing parts
  • Metrological checks
  • Software updates

Duration: 1 year

Maintenance contract - Annual care

ANNUAL CARE

On-site maintenance (PM) including:

  • Labor cost
  • Consumables*
  • Wearing parts
  • Metrological checks
  • Software updates

Duration: 1 year / 3 years / 5 years

Maintenance contract - Total care

TOTAL CARE

On-site maintenance (PM and CM) including:

  • Installation of the unit
  • Training
  • 2 interventions (CM) in case of need with guaranteed deadlines
  • Labor cost
  • Consumables*
  • All spare parts
  • Metrological checks
  • Software updates

Duration: 1 year / 3 years
