The DiluFlow Elite automatically dilutes a solid sample in seconds, with the appropriate weight of diluent, up to a total weight of 5 kg. Its full traceability enables the recording of all operations. It is programmable and connectable for up to 6 diluents and offers the best solution to dilute any type of sample.

High accuracy
The DiluFlow Elite enables an accurate dilution of all types of samples from 10 to 375 g (at 1/10th) with an accuracy > 99% . The unit is in conformity with ISO 7218 and ISO 6887 standards.
Robotic arm and protective plate
The robotic arm enables you to place the sample safely in the bag without risk of cross contamination. Tested for over 1.3 million cycles, its reliability is guaranteed. The protective plate protects the beaker from contact with the sample.
Connectivity and full traceability
DiluFlow Elite is programmable via 24 customizable programs. Traceability is ensured by a bidirectional Ethernet connection to the LIMS. DiluFlow Elite exports analysis data to printer, USB stick, ExcelTM, Open OfficeTM, CSV and LIMS (CSV file sharing or Web Service).

Widest possible opening for the bag and lowest loading threshold on the market! With redesigned ergonomics, the ultra-low profile allows optimal comfort of use, especially under a laminar flow hood.
Removable drip tray
In case of splashing, the drain tray is removable for rinsing and avoids tedious cleaning.

Applications
The DiluFlow Elite 5 Kg gravimetric dilutor is used for sample preparation for microbiological analysis.
It allows the preparation of low aW samples according to ISO 6887 standard, which consists in distributing a part of the diluent before weighing, ranging from 25 to 375 g, to avoid osmotic shock of the microorganisms.
A second part of diluent is added in order to finalize the dilution precisely. It also allows the weighing of 25 g for the research of quality indicators.
